Logging in to your account
To log in to your account, click “Log In” at the top of the screen (in the right-hand corner). If you are using a mobile device then you may see “Menu” at the top, if you do, simply click this and then “Log In”. A box will then appear where you can enter in your email address – simply enter in your email address and then enter your password when prompted.
If you have two-factor authentication enabled then after you enter your password you will be asked to enter your authentication code – this can be from a mobile app, from an email we send you, or from one of your back-up codes. Visit the article on two-factor authentication for more information.
If you are an Enterprise customer then the log in steps are slightly different: you’ll need to directly visit your ONFORM URL to log in, for example, if your ONFORM URL is example.onform.net, then you would need to enter this URL in the address bar and you will then be taken to your log in page.
01 I can’t remember my password
Once you’ve entered your email address click “Lost Password?” to reset it.
02 I can’t remember the email address I used to sign up
The first thing you should do is search your email inbox for any email from ONFORM – when your account is created we send an email to your inbox, so search your email for “ONFORM” to see if you can find an email from us which may indicate if you have an account with us. NOTE: if you have been added to ONFORM via an administrator (e.g. through an employer or University) then you may not have been sent a confirmation email).

03 I’m having another problem logging in
