ONFORM comes with 4 different user roles so that when you add additional users, you can decide what access they have, and what they’ll be able to see and edit in the admin console.
Administrator
This is the most powerful role and has access to all the administration features within the admin console.
Editor
Somebody who can manage ONFORMs, including editing and making ONFORMs live as well as reviewing responses of all ONFORMs. But they cannot add/view/edit users or manage the account or billing.
Author
Somebody who can create and manage their own ONFORMs.
Contributor
Somebody who can create and manage their own ONFORMs but cannot make them live.
