Responses screen
The responses screen offers a powerful insight into your responses. You can view all of the responses you have received, download and print your responses, view a summary, and view each response individually.
Questions that were asked, but were later removed from your ONFORM after you received responses, will also display (with a note indicating that the question has been removed).
On CSV exports, any questions that were either removed before a respondent filled in a response or added after a respondent filled in a response will display “Question not asked” in the question column. For example, let’s say you have 6 questions, and after receiving 20 responses add another question, the 20 responses that were received before the new question was added will display “Question not asked” in the question column on the CSV export. Similarly, if you removed a question after receiving responses, then any responses received after the question was removed will display “Question not asked” in the question column on the CSV export.

summary tab
The summary tab provides an overview of all of your responses, enabling you to get instant insights. Depending on the question type, you’ll either see each response broken down by question, or aggregates of responses. For example, closed question types, like the radio, checkbox and rating scale question types will display aggregates, whereas open question types will display each response.
responses tab
The responses tab displays each response individually. Each response will include every question the respondent has provided an answer to. And any question that wasn’t answered because it wasn’t required will display “No answer provided”. You will be able to see the date and time the response was submitted, how long it took the respondent to complete the ONFORM, and you will be able to print the response.
